The Sharks swim at the Fairview Rec Center. Practice times will be prior to 10am, depending on when your child's age group is scheduled. 11-12 year olds will be split within the 7-8 and 8-9 practice times. Meets are typically on Tuesday, (This season we will have a Monday afternoon meet and 3 Tuesday morning meets) with the exception of the championship meet, which will be on a weekend. Parents are required to volunteer throughout the season, as the success of the season depends on your involvement.
New Swimmer Evaluations
Swimmers who have not previously swum for one of our summer league teams typically need to be evaluated and placed in an appropriate practice group. We will hold evaluations for new athletes on the first day of practice. Athletes must be able to swim the length of the pool (25 yards).
Participation Requirements
Swimmers - All registered athletes are required to participate in at least two dual meets througout the season. They are highly encouaraged to participate in the championship meet scheduled for June 26-27, but ultimately it is optional.
Parents - All families are required to work on deck at each of the dual meets AND the championship meet. The meets are organized and run completely by volunteers. If your child swims on the team, a parent/guardian must work at the meets.
2026 Practice Schedule
There is no practice on meet days.
11-12 year olds will be split between the 7:00-8:00am and 8:00-9:00am practice times. Practice placement decisions will be made by the coach based on the athlete's skill level.

Two Step Registration Process
Step 1 - Team Registration

First you will register your child on the team using the Excel Summer League Registration Platform, and then complete the Swimmingly registration below. Registration fee includes team cap, practice five days each week, and meet fees. It is the first registration through the Excel website that will secure your child's spot on the team.
To register your swimmer, visit the Excel Aquatics Swim School Registration Platform and scroll to the bottom for summer league teams. Choose your team and then select the correct group based on your child's gender and age as of June 1 2026.
Step 2 - Swimmingly Registration

At the start of the season participants MUST complete a separate registration on the Swimmingly website. Williamson County Swim League uses this system to manage team rosters, complete meet entries, and run the meets. Returning parents/swimmers will merely have to use their existing account and declare which team they will be swimming for. New parents/swimmers will have to create an account and add their swimmer to a team.

The steps below are required for ALL (new and returning) swimmers to swim in meets this season. Please take action ASAP so we can get ready for the swim season!
