2026 Pumpkin Spice Meet Report

Excel Swimmers Shine at Pumpkin Spice

Congratulations to all of our Excel Swimmers who raced this weekend at the 2026 Pumpkin Spice meet. This weekend not only featured fast early-season racing but also the debut of our new scoreboards provided by our  generous sponsor Beaman Toyota!

With just over 400 swimmers from our team, we had 127 swimmers hit lifetime best swims in every single event!

A special congratulations go out to our four new team record holders:
Boston Boyd, Maya Foerster, Savannah Copa-Brzozowski and Zaki Ibrahim

In addition to the new scoreboards, this meet saw us introducing both new touchpads and an entirely new timing system. While these are all exciting developments, it did mean our volunteer table workers all had to learn lots of new details on the fly. While we had a couple early hiccups, our workers were incredible and put on an incredible meet.

A huge "Thank You" to all our officials, volunteers, coaches and families for everything that you all do to keep hosting these fantastic weekends.
