Excel Aquatics asks you to submit this online registration form with your class preference and mail a paper copy of this form mailed in the same envelope with your check and signed release form. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis and are not complete until the registration form, release form and payment have been received at the following address: Excel Swim School, Franklin Recreation Center, 1120 Hillsboro Road, Franklin, Tn 37074
