Jessica Klotz

Jessica has had a unique relationship with water since she was two and learned to swim while living in Puerto Rico. Her competitive swimming career started with the Columbia Swim team at the age of 7. During her high school years she also swam for the Columbia Central High School Swim Team.

Jessica began as a lifeguard at the Maury County YMCA in 1999. She started teaching swim lessons in 2000 and continued until 2008. While still in high school she started coaching the Maury County YMCA swim team, and coached from 2001 through 2005. She also co-coached the Columbia Central High School swim team in 2002 and 2003.

Jessica worked as the Aquatics Director for the North River YMCA while attending college in Chattanooga. She implemented many new programs which included swim camps, and starting a swim school. She was honored with the Collegiate Leadership Award.

Jessica is a 2007 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

Jessica was named Excel Swim School Site Director for the Longview Recreation Center in February, 2009.
